JOB DETAILS:
We’re Hiring! Rider Engagement Manager – Logistics partner
Join our logistics team and help us onboard and support delivery riders to grow our platform!
Location: Lusaka
Position: Full-time/Contract
Salary: base salary+ Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, onboard, and train new riders.
• Monitor rider activity and encourage engagement.
• Address rider concerns and provide support.
• Develop strategies to retain active riders.
• Work with rider associations to grow our network.
Requirements:
• Experience in logistics, fleet management, customer service, or sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
• Familiarity with app-based delivery platforms is a plus.
