Power Tools Logistics is looking for self-motivated individuals to work as Route Operations Officers. The operations officer’s functions are ensuring effective and efficient transport service in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Managing Bus Time Table
- Supervision of Staff (Coach Drivers)
- Ensure Bus is roadworthy
- Resolve customer complaints
- Handle delays, accidents and emergencies
- Handle breakdowns
- Bus inspections
- Develop and implement plans that will lead to improvement in Sales and Ticket
- Implement management recommendations like proposed fees and change in movement schedule
- Take charge of investigations that look into customer complaints regarding product delivery and other transportation – associated issues
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Logistics and Transport
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in transport and logistics field
- Valid Practicing License from Zambia Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good time management abilities
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: bachelor degree
