Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by acquiring, managing, and retaining SME and Asset Finance clients while maintaining a high-quality loan portfolio and delivering excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new SME and Asset Finance customers.
- Market and sell the company's lending products to eligible clients.
- Conduct preliminary credit assessments and collect all required loan documentation.
- Manage customer relationships and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure timely loan repayments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and support recovery efforts where necessary.
- Achieve monthly disbursement, portfolio growth, and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, lending, microfinance, banking, or relationship management will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New customer acquisition.
- Loan disbursements.
- Portfolio growth.
- Portfolio quality (PAR/NPL levels).
- Collections and recoveries.
- Cross-selling of products.
