Strongful Finance Limited, a fast-growing financial services company in Zambia, is inviting enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven individuals to join our Sales Team in Lusaka.

• Market and sell payroll-based loan products to eligible clients.
• Identify and recruit new customers from government institutions and private companies.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
• Conduct client presentations and product awareness campaigns.
• Assist customers with loan application documentation and submission.
• Follow up on loan applications and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Generate referrals and expand the company's customer base.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Must be target-oriented, energetic, and passionate about sales.
• Knowledge of payroll lending products will be an added advantage.

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, microfinance, banking, or insurance is desirable.
