JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth through field-level engagement, provide agronomic support, and enhance farmer and agrodealer relationships.

Job Description

• Promote and sell our seed, fertilizer, and crop protection product lines.
• Provide agronomic technical support to farmers and agrodealers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and generate product demand.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Offer training sessions and field demonstrations to enhance product understanding.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve client technical issues.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• A Diploma in Crop Science (3 years) or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar agricultural sales or extension role.
• Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• A valid driver’s license (manual vehicle)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: associate degree
