Job Opportunity: Sales Assistant

HELLA ENERGY LIMITED is a fast-growing energy solutions company committed to delivering innovative, affordable, and customer-focused services in LPG /cooking gas. We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and contribute to business growth.

The Job on offer is 100% commission based.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day sales activities and customer interactions
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales target. (1000kgs monthly)
  • Promote and sell company products and services to customers
  • Support lead generation and follow-up on potential clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining records
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities

Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an added advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
