About the role:

Our client is searching for Sales Associates/Executives who will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will promote and sell our high-quality stationery and FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients, while also monitoring market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business avenues. The role requires you to manage your own sales pipeline, provide excellent customer service, and meet sales targets, all while contributing to the overall success of a dynamic and expanding company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Promote and sell the company's s products to retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
  • At least 2 years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in the stationery or FMCG sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Compensation:

The incumbent will receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
