JOB DETAILS:
Responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting loan products, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attract and recruit new customers for our products
- Actively promote and sell the company's financial products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Interview potential borrowers, research their financial information, and help assess loan applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide actionable business insights.
- Support store teams in achieving sales and operational targets.
- Prepare field reports and performance evaluations regularly.
- Collaborate with management to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Marketing, Business administration, or any business related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in mobile money, agency banking, or financial services.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
