The Sales & Client Service Officer acts as the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in delivering a professional and seamless customer experience. • Welcome and assist walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare accurate quotations and invoices in a timely manner
• Follow up on outstanding payments and confirm receipt of payments
• Update clients regularly on job progress and timelines
• Maintain and update the customer database
• Promote new services, products, and special offers
• Support marketing initiatives and campaigns as required
