Role: Sales Consultant (Online & Luxury Client Experience)

Location: Lusaka

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for

Proven experience in luxury fashion online sales or high-end retail, with a strong e-commerce background.

Demonstrated excellence in servicing high-net-worth clients, with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are a plus.

Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar), CRM systems, and analytics.

Comfortable handling multi-channel inquiries (website chat, email, phone, social).

Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries concurrently.

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Distinctive, polished personal style and a passion for luxury fashion.

  • Drive online sales across our website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • Deliver personalised, concierge-level service to high-end clients from around the world.
  • Build and manage a targeted pipeline of prospective customers, following up with high-frequency, professional touchpoints.
  • Advise clients on product selection, fit, and styling, ensuring luxury standards and brand voice are maintained.
  • Process orders accurately and manage returns/exchanges in a seamless, customer-centric manner.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimise product listings, visuals, descriptions, and promotions.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge, including fabrics, embellishments, designers, sizing, and care.
  • Track customer preferences, feedback, and lifecycle to drive repeat business and referrals.
