Job Purpose
To coordinate sales activities by acting as a link between customers, the production team, and the stores unit, ensuring efficient order processing, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication between customers, production, and stores to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Ensure accurate order entry and alignment with production schedules.
- Monitor stock levels in collaboration with the stores unit and advise on replenishment needs.
- Follow up with the production team to ensure timely manufacturing of customer orders.
- Update customers on order status, delivery timelines, and any delays.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints by coordinating internally for quick solutions.
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Prepare regular sales and order status reports for management.

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of 5 credits including English and Mathematics
- Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar coordination or sales support role. Experience in working with the 'FOCUS' ERP will be an added advantage
