Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is a field-based role suited for a self-motivated individual with a strong passion for sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting and cold calling
- Conduct client meetings and present company products and services
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
- Negotiate and close sales within approved margins
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Track sales activities and maintain an updated pipeline
Products & Services:
- Digital and offset printing
- Large-format printing and signage
- Copying and document reproduction
- Binding, lamination, and finishing
- Business stationery and marketing materials
- Corporate and contract printing solutions
- Vehicle and office branding
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience in the printing, advertising, or branding industry is an added advantage
- Existing client network is a plus
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
