JOB DETAILS:
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience; at least 2 years in a leadership role within distribution or B2B sectors. Preferred experience in building materials or ceramic tile industry.
- Proven track record in team leadership, sales strategy execution, and key account management.
- Strong negotiation, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets in Lusaka and surrounding regions.
- Lead and mentor sales team members; expand customer base and manage distributor networks.
- Analyze sale trends, identify new business opportunities, and report on performance.
