Kiwi Media is a Zambian-based printing company that specializes in providing high-quality and cost-effective printing solutions for businesses, government agencies, NGOs, and individuals. Our core services include offset printing, digital printing, large-format printing, promotional material production, and corporate branding.
The Role
We are seeking two experienced Sales Managers to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidates will combine strong sales leadership with a solid understanding of large format printing or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key market segments
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate closely with production, design, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive
- Background in large format printing, signage, visual communications, or related fields preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
