JOB DETAILS:
Limeco Resources Limited, a manufacturing company based in Lusaka West, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong understanding of quick lime products and applications. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Key Requirements:
- Proven sales management experience in the lime or related manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of quick lime products and their applications
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
- Develop sales strategies that capitalize on market opportunities and drive growth
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base
- Provide technical and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits of Limeco’s quick lime products
