Background
We are seeking to recruit three (3) qualified and motivated Sales & Marketing Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates must be results-driven, professional, and passionate about sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing from a recognized institution
- Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
- Any qualification in Journalism, Public Relations, or Media Studies will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in sales and marketing (preferred)
Additional Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, email communication, CRM systems)
- Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis
- Valid driver’s license (added advantage)
- Member of ZIM in good standing (added advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Prepare sales reports and meet monthly targets
- Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional events
- Manage client inquiries and follow up on leads
