NextCon Engineering Limited is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our growing team in Lusaka.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Promote the Company’s Telecommunications, Fibre optic, WiFi, LAN, CCTV, ICT, Construction and Engineering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and site assessments.
• Support the Company’s marketing, branding, and social media activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, ICT, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience in Telecommunications, ICT, Networking, Engineering, or Construction is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must possess a valid Zambian driver’s licence.
• Must be willing to travel for client visits and business development activities.
