Job Purpose

To market and sell Thelsac’s landscaping and outdoor cleaning services to corporate clients, develop new business opportunities, and support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site assessments.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and service contracts.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
• Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business Administration (Degree is an added advantage).
• 3 years experience in a similar industry (landscaping, cleaning, construction, facilities management, or related services).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Must be self-driven, goal-oriented, and confident.
• Knowledge of corporate and institutional sales is required.
• Must have at least class B driving license
