Tesno General Dealers Limited is a Zambian general trading and supply company based in Lusaka that deals in a variety of products and services, including building materials, electrical supplies, and general procurement. We participate in supply tenders and business contracts within Zambia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, and customer needs
• Actively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and clients
• Negotiate pricing of contracts, and business agreements with customers
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the business
• Build, develop, and maintain strong professional and business networks to increase sales opportunities
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor or Management.

Skills & Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate (good grades in Mathematics & English)
• Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (added advantage)
• Experience in sales and marketing (added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Smart invoice
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
