Position: Sales Representative
Location: Ndola (Only Residents of Ndola Will Be Considered)

About the Role
Shirleys Car Wash is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our car wash services to individuals, businesses, and fleet operators. If you are enthusiastic, persuasive, and results-driven, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Ndola.
- Present and promote car wash services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals effectively.
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials to increase brand visibility.
- Attend promotional events and community engagements as needed.
- Track sales activities and report performance to management regularly.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (preferably in automotive, cleaning, or service-related industries).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
