• Serve as the first point of contact for customers at the front desk.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about services.
• Process customer orders and payments.
• Promote and sell laundry and dry cleaning services.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry facility.
• Operate laundry and pressing equipment.
• Ensure garments are properly cleaned, pressed, and ready for pickup.
• Assist customers with their laundry needs.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
