Job title: Sales Specialist

We’re looking for a talented and passionate individual to join our company and to be an integral part of the Commercial team in Zambia . We’d love to hear from candidates about their experiences and how they brought innovation and growth to the business.

Your responsibilities:
• Converting high potential clients to customers.
• Ad hoc travel as required
• Understanding clients’ needs and providing solutions using Alistair Group current and potential resources.
• Regularly visiting client sites in the region to speak with customers face-to-face.
• Identifying new projects and strategic areas in which we should invest.
• Inputting in the long term Group strategy and development.
• Enhancing customer experience with clear communication and innovative solutions.
• Assisting with building the most knowledgeable and effective business development team in the region.
• Demonstrating a rational awareness of pricing and quote accordingly.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Relevant tertiary education
• Experience in the logistics/mining is mandatory
• Experience in a similar role with emulsion would be an advantage
• Well organised and has good attention to detail
