United Metro Energy Zambia, a Zambian energy company that supplies petroleum products like fuels and lubricants, and solar products is recruiting five (5) Sales and Marketing Executives to be based in Ndola.
Key Responsibilities
- Be able to sale.
- Promote and sell oil products and services to new and existing clients
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company,
- Participate in promotional activities, expos, campaigns and show tangible results
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure efficient customer service and account management.
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Atleast 2 years of proven experience or strong motivation to meet targets.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the oil or related industry
- Demonstrates outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, with a proven capacity for effective teamwork.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Knowledge of the Zambian Oil market environment and current changes will be an added advantage
- Must be environmentally cautious of the effects of petroleum products on the environment
- Must be a member of the Zambia Institute Marketing (mandatory)
