JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a passionate achiever.
Responsibilities
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Developing and implementing the Sales & Marketing Strategies and Budgets
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Undertake Marketing campaigns, promotions, sales efforts and Brand Management
- Cultivate the customer’s interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
- Evaluating customer research, feedback, market conditions and competitor data
- Staying ahead of current and new industry developments and technologies
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business or relevant equivalent
- At least 3 years high level experience in marketing management
- Sober mind, self-starter physically fit, honest and team player
- Applicants should have a valid driver’s license
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, sales and best practice
- Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Creativity and commercial awareness
