As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for two motivated and results-driven Sales Personnel to help us expand our client base and promote our products and services across different market segments.
Job Purpose
The Sales Personnel will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting the company’s products and services, generating leads, conducting presentations, following up on prospects, and supporting customer acquisition and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be expected to:
- Identify and approach potential clients, businesses, institutions, and organisations.
- Promote the company’s digital products, software solutions, and related services.
- Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on sales leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support client onboarding and basic customer orientation.
- Maintain records of prospects, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Provide market feedback to support product improvement and sales strategy.
- Work with management to meet agreed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally during calls, meetings, field visits, and networking activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
- A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, ICT, Real Estate, or any related field.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer relations, or field sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence in approaching new clients and explaining products or services.
- Basic understanding of technology, software, digital platforms, or business systems.
- Ability to work with targets and follow up consistently.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of design, presentation, or content creation tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
- Basic experience in creating marketing materials, social media content, product presentations, or client-facing visuals will also be an added advantage.
