JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:

We are a reputable real estate company with a strong presence in Ndola and surrounding districts. We're seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing person to promote our real estate products and services to clients. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell real estate products and services
• Build client relationships and generate new leads
• Conduct property viewings and presentations
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing /Business related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in real estate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Valid driver's license will be an added advantage.
