Job Summary:
The Sealing Foreman will oversee bituminous sealing activities on roads, ensuring quality application and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate bitumen sealing works.
- Supervise sealing crews and equipment use.
- Monitor application rates and temperatures.
- Enforce safety and environmental practices.
- Report progress and issues to project managers.
Qualifications:
- Certificate/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 4+ years experience in road sealing operations.
- Knowledge of bituminous materials and equipment.
- Strong supervisory and communication skills.
