About the Role:
We are urgently seeking experienced and physically fit Security Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel. This role requires someone who is vigilant, proactive, and capable of handling security-related tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Control access points and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of security systems and equipment to ensure functionality.
• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Assist in emergency situations, including fire evacuations or medical emergencies.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role.
• Physically fit and capable of standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Valid security license or certification (if applicable).
• Must reside in Silverest or nearby areas for easy accessibility.

Preferred Qualifications:
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience with surveillance systems and security equipment.
• Military or law enforcement background (a plus but not required).
