Diazana Security Services is a fast-growing security company committed to delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality security solutions to corporate and individual clients. We are seeking a highly competent and experienced individual to join our team as a Security Operations Manager.
JOB PURPOSE
The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across all assigned sites
- Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure discipline and professionalism
- Develop and implement security procedures and operational plans
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Ensure proper deployment and scheduling of security officers
- Handle client relations and respond to security concerns promptly
- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Train and mentor security staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Security Management, Criminology, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in security operations management
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions
- Knowledge of security systems and risk management practices
- Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and professional
- Ex-military personel is an added advantage

- Integrity and reliability
- Strong organizational skills
