JOB PURPOSE

The Security Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all security operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day security operations across all assigned sites
• Supervise and manage security personnel to ensure discipline and professionalism
• Develop and implement security procedures and operational plans
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure proper deployment and scheduling of security officers
• Handle client relations and respond to security concerns promptly
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Train and mentor security staff
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Security Management, Criminology, or related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in security operations management
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions
• Knowledge of security systems and risk management practices
• Must be trustworthy, disciplined, and professional
• Ex-military personel is an added advantage
