JOB ADVERTISEMENT: SECURITY SUPERVISORS (2 POSITIONS)

We are looking for two experienced and highly motivated Security Supervisors to oversee and coordinate security operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily security operations and security personnel.
• Ensure all security procedures and protocols are followed.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
• Prepare incident and activity reports.
• Liaise with management and relevant authorities when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in security operations.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as supermarkets, banks, or similar institutions will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to security situations.
