JOB DETAILS:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Security Systems Installer to join our growing team. The candidate must excel in delivering top-notch security solutions, have hands-on installation expertise, and show unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
– Access Control Systems: Install, configure, and maintain Hikvision, ZKTeco access control systems, including biometric and card-based solutions.
– CCTV Systems: Handle the installation, setup, and troubleshooting of Hikvision, Dahua CCTV systems for both analog and IP-based solutions.
– Alarm Systems: Install and service IDS alarm systems, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.
– Conduct site surveys to assess security requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
– Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades for installed systems.
– Provide training to clients on system usage and basic troubleshooting.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
– Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services.
– Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
– Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on customer support activities.

Qualifications
– Proven experience installing and configuring ZKTeco access control systems, Dahua, Hikvision CCTV systems, and IDS alarm systems.
– Strong technical knowledge of security systems, networking, and system integration.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
– Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and customer service skills.

Preferred Skills
– Certification in any of the mentioned systems is a plus.
– Experience with additional security systems or brands is advantageous.
