JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
The Security Officer is responsible for protecting guests, staff, and lodge property by maintaining a safe and secure environment and responding effectively to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Control access to the lodge premises.
- Patrol the property regularly.
- Monitor guests, visitors, and vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and security incidents.
- Maintain occurrence books and incident reports.
- Support emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
- Security training certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel, lodge, or commercial security is preferred.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
