Lungisa Solutions Ltd, a growing plumbing and electrical maintenance company based in Ibex Hill, Lusaka, invites proposals for an equity partnership.

We are looking for a hands-on, experienced individual or company to take over full-time management of the business. The partner will lead daily operations, client relations, financial management, and business development. A negotiable equity stake is available, with entry via capital investment or performance-based contribution.

The business already has a stable portfolio of corporate and residential clients, a recognizable brand, and high growth potential. Founding directors will remain involved in a supportive, non-operational capacity.

What We’re Looking For:

• Business management experience (preferably in construction, plumbing, or electrical services)
• Strong leadership and financial skills
• Commitment to expanding service offerings and client base
