JOB DETAILS:

1.Job Purpose

To conduct internal audit of systems and procedures and advisory services thereby providing assurance and advice to the business units. This includes IDC and its subsidiaries as may be requested.

2.Key Responsibilities

(i) Assist in the development of Annual Internal Audit workplan

(ii) Conducting of audit assignments or engagement and production of reports

(iii) Assist in advisory services which may include review of policies and procedures of the business

(iv) Ensure audit assignments are conduct efficiently and effectively in terms of costs and time without compromising the quality of output

Other Duties

• Carry out any other job-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
• Promote good culture across the corporation

3. Qualifications and Experience

       Minimum Academic & Professional Requirements:

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration, Computer Studies, or related field and /or Professional qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, CIMA, CA Zambia etc.
• Professional Membership with ZICA and/or the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is a must.

      Work Experience:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Senior Internal Auditor or a similar role.
