Background

Our client in the ICT sector seeks a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in C#, Flutter, Java, and modern web technologies. The role holder will design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence across our web and mobile ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development:

• Architect and build robust APIs using C# and Java for backend services.
• Develop responsive frontend interfaces with HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Create cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.

Database Management:

• Design, optimize, and manage MSSQL and SQLite databases for web/mobile apps.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and performance.
• Design Stored procedure

Collaboration and Leadership:

• Lead Agile sprints, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Innovation and Troubleshooting:

• Stay updated on emerging tech trends and propose improvements.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.

Documentation:

• Maintain clear technical documentation for code, APIs, and infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Four (4)+ years of full stack development experience.
• Expertise in C# (API development) and Java.
• Proficient in Flutter for iOS/Android app development.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL, SQLite, and database design.
• Frontend mastery: HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Understanding of mobile app deployment (Play Store, App Store).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Code management platform like GitHub

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with .NET Core, Entity Framework, or Node.js.
• Contributions to open-source projects or published mobile apps.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science
• Worked as a team lead for minimum 2 years.
