JECO Investment Zambia Limited, a licensed mining company, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
2. Senior Trainer (1 Position)
Senior Trainer Position
This role focuses on training and assessing operators of rigid and articulated heavy-duty trucks, ensuring compliance with Lusaka Mining Company (LMC) standards. The Senior Trainer will develop training materials, conduct assessments, and promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Advanced Technical Trade Qualification
- Certification: Accredited TEVETA Trainer & Assessor
General Requirements for All Mining Jobs in Lumwana
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Zambian National Registration Card (NRC)
- Valid Silicosis Certificate
- Knowledge of Mines and Minerals Act, Safety and Health Regulations
- Proven safety record with zero lost time incidents (LTI)
- Willingness to undergo medical, drug, and alcohol testing
- Ability to work in remote locations and on rotating shifts
- Medically fit for mining operations
