Service Room Technician (1 Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair computer hardware and ICT equipment.
• Install and configure software and operating systems.
• Provide technical support to clients professionally.
• Maintain service records and manage inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in computer repairs and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
