JOB DETAILS:
Job description
In order to effectively accomplish its business objectives and to support the growing of its ICT portfolio business, the company seeks to recruit a suitable candidate to build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. The successful candidate will identify business opportunities, prospects and evaluate their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Job responsibilities

  • Plan – develop sales strategies, business plans, target territory and account plans, and annual/quarterly forecasts tied to company sales objectives.
  • Sell – identify, contact, promote, qualify, and close new sales for all services on offer from AOS including Data center services and IT systems and solutions.
  • Lead – Support clients realize the full value of Data Center and IT systems in meeting their business objectives.
  • Manage – maintain strong business relationships with all new/existing clients to optimize customer satisfaction and repeat sales opportunities and maintain up-to-date customer profiles, sales opportunities and forecasts.
    Core responsibilities:
  • Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and after-sales support services
  • Potential customer prospection by drafting service proposals
  • Calculating / negotiating client quotations and administering clients’ accounts
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions, Renewing of expired contracts, Addendums for added services, upgrades and downgrades.
  • Ensure the Accurate, Complete & Timely Billing of services provided by AOS
  • Meeting regular sales/ revenue /Debt recovery targets and coordinating sales projects
  • Ensure timely delivery of various reports required by Team leader
  • Designing custom made products based on client feedback and research
  • Maintain client accounts and ensuring continued communications between the company and its clients
  • Ensuring smooth communication and responding to client requests, inquires and complaints.

  • Strong history in sales
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Understanding of customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills
    Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years selling IT products experience in selling related products will be considered
  • Strong existing business relationships with customers in target sectors.
  • Extremely comfortable dealing at senior management levels.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts & closing sales
  • A proven track record of sales success meeting annual targets
  • Bachelor’s degree with a Business or Technology bearing is preferred. Related disciplines will be considered
