JOB DETAILS:
Kings Chemicals Ltd is expanding its operations with a state-of-the-art milling plant, and we are looking for an experienced Shift Miller to join our team. If you have a strong technical background in milling operations and a passion for efficiency and quality, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee milling operations during assigned shifts, ensuring optimal production efficiency.
• Coordinate daily milling activities and assign daily work to available mill crew
• Participate in daily shift change meetings
• Daily monitoring and follow up for milling efficiencies and product quality for each shift
• Utilize unique milling skills to troubleshoot and perform adjustments as needed
• Manage milling equipment spare parts inventory for repair days and maintain control
• Update and maintain accurate mill repair schedule
• Monitor and control the milling process to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed to achieve production targets.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate production records and report on shift performance.
• Train and supervise mill operators and other staff as required.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Miller in a maize/wheat milling plant.
• Diploma or certification in Milling Technology (Buhler Milling School certification is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of milling machinery, process controls, and quality assurance.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and optimize mill performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
