Key Responsibilities

Sales Functions:

  • Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their ICT needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our ICT products and services to confidently articulate value propositions to clients.
  • Client Support: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

Social Media Functions:

  • Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, posts) across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to promote DATAMATE ICT LIMITED’s brand and offerings.
  • Community Engagement: Actively monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute social media campaigns that align with overall business goals and drive leads.
  • Analytics: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, interpreting data to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and social media best practices to continually enhance our digital presence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the ICT or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing or contributing to business social media accounts.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and digital marketing strategies.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for technology and innovation.
