JOB DETAILS:
Innovatia Limited is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist. She/he will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media activities.

Responsibilities:
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand entity.
• Monitor and respond to reader comments.
• Creating consistent and meaningful content on all social media platforms.
• Improving social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement and promoting social media campaigns.
• Managing high volume of daily social media posts.
• Communicating with social media followers including responding to queries in a timely manner.
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
• Performing other duties when needed.

Requirements:
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communication, Marketing or any related field.
• 3 years or more experience managing content in a corporate setting
• Must have thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.

Level of Education: Associate Degree
