JOB DETAILS:
Purpose
• To design and install solar solutions.
• To understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• To drive the sales in solar energy and promote industrial mining equipment to customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the industrial mining and solar sectors.
• Conduct consultations to understand customer energy needs and present customized solar proposals.
• Identify and target potential clients within the agricultural, mining industry, individuals, and related businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features and benefits of our industrial mining equipment and solar solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth.
• Provide feedback regarding client needs and market demand.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market research findings.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports to supervisors.

Qualifications
• Advanced diploma in electrical/technical studies, or a related field. A degree will be an added advantage.
• 2 years' experience in solar energy and industrial mining equipment.
• All qualifications must be validated by Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
• Membership with the appropriate body.
