JOB DETAILS:

Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Steel Fixers to join our construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars and mesh used in reinforced concrete on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
• Cut and shape reinforcement steel bars and mesh.
• Tie rebar together using wire, clips, or welding techniques.
• Position and secure steel reinforcement in formwork before concrete is poured.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades on-site.

Requirements:

• Trade certification or relevant experience in steel fixing or construction.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in steel fixing.
• Ability to read construction drawings and BBS.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Physical strength and ability to work in demanding environments.
• Safety-conscious and compliant with site regulations.
