JOB DETAILS:

Background

AC Munda Agric Chemicals Limited seeks to employ a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stock Clerk. The stock Clerk will be responsible for maintaining inventory, maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of goods within the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect and record incoming stock materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
• Issue stock as required and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct regular stock counts.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or certificate in Purchasing and Supply or any Business-related Programm.
• Full grade 12 Certificate

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience in inventory or stock management is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• High level of integrity and reliability.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
