We are recruiting for the following positions within the hospitality sector:
Stock Controller
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date stock records and monitor inventory movements.
- Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and compliance with safety procedures.
- Prepare stock reports and coordinate with procurement and other departments.
- Implement controls to minimize theft, wastage, and unauthorized stock movement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 Certificate required; certificate or diploma in Stores Management or related field is an advantage.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in stock control, inventory management, or related environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong numerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
