JOB DETAILS:
A wel established health food company is looking for an experinced stock controller.
Daiy tasks include:
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock items, including raw materials, finished products, and other supplies.
• Stock Replenishment: Coordinate with the purchasing or procurement department to ensure timely replenishment of stock items to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
• Stock Control Systems: Utilize inventory management software and tools to track stock levels, analyze trends, and generate reports for management.
• Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock counts and audits to reconcile physical stock with the records in the inventory system, identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate actions.
• Order Processing: Process purchase orders, sales orders, and internal stock transfers to ensure smooth movement of goods within the organization.
• Quality Control: Collaborate with the quality control team to inspect incoming stock for quality and accuracy, addressing any issues promptly.
• Stock Forecasting: Analyze demand patterns and sales data to forecast future stock needs, ensuring adequate stock availability without excessive overstocking.
Storage and Organization: Oversee the proper storage and organization of stock items, optimizing warehouse space and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.

Must have 2 years experience in stock controlling
