About Us

We are a leading freight and logistics transport company dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transport solutions across Zambia and the region. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Manager to oversee the management of spare parts, tools, and consumables used in our fleet maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
  • Issue parts and materials to mechanics and other departments as needed.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and reorder supplies in a timely manner.
  • Ensure proper storage, labelling, and organization of all items.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Implement and enforce store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the procurement and workshop teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular reports on stock movements, consumption, and variances.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in store management, preferably in the transport, logistics, or automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
