About the Store Manager Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of our boutique, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will be crucial in motivating the sales team, managing inventory, and driving sales performance to meet set targets.

Key Responsibilities for Store Manager Jobs in Lusaka

  • Supervise and coordinate daily store activities to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and promptly resolve any customer concerns.

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • Completion of Grade 12 certificate.

  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Additional Experience

  • Previous experience in fashion, clothing, cosmetics, or retail sectors is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is highly desirable.
