STORE MARKETING AGENT

NTEMBA24 is looking for a disciplined, organised, and detail-oriented Store Marketing Agent to support the execution of in-store marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and visual merchandising standards across our assigned store locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement in-store marketing campaigns and promotional setups according to approved plans and guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store displays.
• Install and maintain posters, banners, signage, price tags, and other promotional materials correctly.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure promotional displays and marketing materials are properly positioned and maintained.
• Submit daily photo reports and campaign execution reports for assigned stores.
• Monitor the condition of displays and marketing materials and promptly report any damage, shortages, or implementation issues.
• Ensure all assigned marketing materials are properly accounted for, stored, and maintained.
• Work closely with store teams to ensure marketing activities are executed on time and according to instructions.
• Support promotional activities and other store marketing initiatives as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• A Diploma or Certificate in Marketing, Business, Retail Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in retail, marketing, merchandising, or store operations is preferred.
• Basic understanding of visual merchandising and promotional execution.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Good communication, reporting, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow structured instructions, company standards, and deadlines.
• Ability to work across different store locations within Lusaka.
• Must be reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
