Offgrid Solar Solutions Limited is growing and looking for 1 Store Sales Agent to join its Kitwe team.

Overall Responsibility

The Store Sales Agent will support store operations, customer service, business engagements, social media activities, sales growth and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and customer service.
• Lead B2B and B2G engagements and follow-ups.
• Run and grow social media accounts by posting content, replying to inquiries and generating leads.
• Support sales targets and inventory tracking.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should:

• Be based in Kitwe.
• Have sales experience. This is an advantage.
• Have good communication and people skills.
• Be comfortable using social media for business.
• Be self-motivated, target-driven and reliable.

Compensation

Monthly retainer + commission on sales.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: high school
